Euthanasia’s ‘safeguards’ up in smoke
When the euthanasia law was introduced to New Zealand by ACT leader David Seymour and Brooke van Velden and other euthanasia activists, we were told that it would be ‘safe’ – that the safeguards were all in place, and that nobody would be killed without their express request. We now know that this was a big fat lie. But what’s even worse is that both the Ministry of Health in NZ and most of the mainstream media are keen to bury the story (pardon the pun). But you need to know about it.
